肝硬化患者口服葡萄糖胰岛素释放试验的观察（附51例报告）

通过检测５１例肝硬化病人的口服葡萄耐量试验（ＯＧＴＴ）及胰岛素释放试验（ＯＧＩＲＴ）结果表明ＯＧＴＴ，ＯＧＩＲＴ曲线异常发生率与肝功能分级有关，而与食管静脉曲张程度无关，故此我们认为，肝源性源耐量异常及内源性高胰岛素血症或胰岛素释放延迟与肝功能损害有关，而与门脉高压程度无关，肝细胞损害是导致上述病理生理的基础。

The surveillance of oral glucose tolerance test and oral glucose insulin releasing test in patients with liver cirrhosis: Report of 51 cases

Oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT)and oral glucose insulin releasing test (OGIRT) hadbeen performed in 51 patients with liver cirrhosis. The results showed that the curse of OGTT andOGIRT are correlated with the clinical gravity of livercirrhosis, but not with the gravity of esophagealvarices. SO we suggest that the glucose intoleranceand hyperinsulinemia or delayed insulin releasing areassociated with the clinical gravity of liver cirrhosis,but not with the POrtal pressure. The impaired liverfunction is the prerequisite which resulted in glucoseintolerance and hyperinsulinemia or delayed insulinreleasing.
