| 摘 要： | 瘢痕性类天疱疮（CP）和口腔扁平苔藓（OLP）均为与免疫因素密切相关的慢性皮肤黏膜疾病，但尚未见有关两者共存的报道。本文对1例兼有CP和OLP损害的病例进行报道，并结合文献对其临床特点及诊断进行讨论，并提出是否是一种皮肤黏膜大疱性疾病新类型的假设。

| Abstract: | Cicatricial pemphigoid(CP) and oral lichen planus(OLP) are both chronic dermo-mucous diseases relating to immunological disorders.To our knowledge,a case with coexistence of these two diseases has not been reported previously.In this paper,a case with CP and OLP treated in our clinic was reported and the relevant literatures were reviewed.The clinical features of the case implied that it might be a new type of bullous dermo-mucous diseases. |
