| 摘 要： | 目的 观察补中益气汤加减治疗脾胃虚弱犁胃痛的临床疗效.方法 29例脾胃虚弱型胃痛患者随机分为两组,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组采用补中益气汤加减治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率为86.7%、对照组总有效率为64.3%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 采用补中益气汤加减治疗脾胃虚弱型胃痛的治疗效果优于西药治疗.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe clinical effect of treating stomachache of spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome with modified Buzhongyiqi decoction. Methods 29 stomachache patients of spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome were randomly recurited into a control group and a treatment group. The control group was treated with western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with modified Buzhongyiqi decoction. The clinical effect was observed in both groups. Results The clinical effect in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Condusion The treatment of stomachache patients with spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome with modified Buzhongyiqi decoction was more effective than western medicine. |
