| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨剖宫产术式的改进,以提高术后愈合率,降低并发症发生率。方法:将109例剖宫产的健康产妇分为两组:62例术取Joel-cohen切口,47例术取Pfannenstial切口从总手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间等方面作对照分析。结果:两组产妇总手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间均有显著性差异。结论:术式改进剖宫产组具有手术步骤减少、手术时间短、子宫炎性反应低、产妇恢复快、疤痕柔软、住院天数少等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the improved cesarean section,increase the postoperative curability,and decrease the postoperative complications.Methods:109 cases cesarean section were divided into 2 groups,62 cases were treated with cesarean section in Joel-cohen incision,and 47 cases in Pfannenstial incision.Results:The operation duration,blood loss in the operation,and postoperative bowel movement recovery were different significantly.Conclusion:The improved operation has advantages of simple,less operation duration,less inflammation in uterus,quick recovery,and fewer days in hospital. |
