病毒免疫治疗老年小鼠S_180腹水瘤的研究

用甲型流感病毒ＰＲ８株大剂量注射治疗老年小鼠Ｓ１８０腹水瘤，发现疗效不佳，小鼠生存率为零。为研究疗效不佳的原因，对荷瘤小鼠脾脏巨噬细胞吞噬功能、淋巴细胞总数及ＮＫ细胞活性进行了检测，结果如下。病毒治疗组老年小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能与未治疗组无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；ＮＫ细胞杀伤率为１４％，与对照组相同，而用病毒治疗的青年小鼠ＮＫ细胞杀伤活性明显升高，杀伤率为３４．５％；淋巴细胞总数增长１４．３％，与对照组无明显差别，但明显低于用病毒治疗的青年小鼠５８．８％的增长率（Ｐ＜０．０ｌ）．上述结果表明，病毒免疫治疗老年荷瘤小鼠时，小鼠的免疫监视功能未能被增强，这是造成疗效不佳的重要原因。

Studies on viral immunotherapy for S180 ascitic tumor in old mice

The viral immunotherapy for ascitic tumor in young mice has some therapeutic effect。S180 ascitic tumor in old mice were treated with a single large dose of influenza virus PR8strain, but the theapeutic effect was poor andthe survival rate in the treated group wasO%。 The total number of lymphocyte, the ac-tivity of macropage and nature killer cell)(NKC ) were detected in order to study the factors of influencing the therapeutic effect. Theresults were as follows : The activity of macrophage in old mice was not obviouslv differentbetween the treated and untredted group (P>0. 05), the kill rate of NKC was l 4%; the ac-tivity of NKC of young mice in the tredted group was obviusly enhanced, the kill rate was34.5%; the total number of lymphocyte in old mice only increased l4.3%, but that inyoung mice increased 58.3%, there were significant difference between old and young micein the treated group(P<0. 01 ). The activity of NKC, the total number of lymphocyte andthe therapeutic effect in young mice were better obviously than that in old mice, The resultssuggest that the function of immune surveillance can not be enhanced in old mice after viralimmunotherapy and it is a main factor of influencing the therapeutic effect。
