正交法优选扑感敏片制备工艺

目的：优选扑感敏片制备工艺，提高产品质量。方法：采用正交实验方法对工艺进行优化。结果：优化后的工艺，产品的脆碎度由原工艺的0．8％--1．0％降低到0．2％--0．4％；崩解度由原工艺的10--12min下降到4—7min；片重差异均在合格范围。结论：优化后的工艺使扑感敏片的质量指标明显提高，生产效率也明显得到提高，工艺切实可行。

Optimization of Preparative Technology of PGM Tablet by Orthogonal Method

Objective: To obtain a higher quality of PGM tablet by optimization of preparative technology.Methods: The optimization of technology was conducted according to the orthogonal method.Results: The tablet friability was raised from 0.8% 1.0% to 0.2% 0.4% ,The disintegration was reduced from 10 12 min to 4 7 min, The weight variation coincided with specify after optimization of technology.Conclusion: The quality and efficiency of the Optimized technology are more available than the original technology.
