摘    要:目的:对福建产的雷公藤不同季节不同部位进行雷公藤内酯醇的含量的测定。方法:雷公藤春夏秋冬生长的全根、根皮、去皮根、茎、叶,经无水乙醇提取,中性氧化锃伴和,石油醚回流和氯仿提取,与雷公藤内酯醇分别点样于薄层板上,氯仿-乙醚(2:1)上行展开,喷显色剂,薄层扫描定量检测。结果:雷公藤内酯醇在雷公藤全根、根皮、叶中的含量为夏季最高,去皮根为春季最高,茎为秋季高;夏季的雷公藤不同部位雷公藤内酯醇的含量高低,依次为全根、根皮、去皮根、茎、叶。结论:为合理利用雷公藤资源提供了依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To determine triptolide in Tripterygium wilfordii obtained in different season and various parts grown on fujian province.METHODS:The samples of whole root,root bark,debark root,stem and leaves of Tripterygium wilfordii obtained in spring,summer,autumn and winter,which extracted respectively with absolute alcohol.The alcoholic extracts mixed with neutral Al2O3,then extracted with petrol ether and chloroform.The chloroform extracts are applied on the thin layer plate.The Triptolide in different samples was determined by TLC scanning with CHCl3-Et2O (2∶1) as solvent system.RESULTS:The results have shown that the content of triptolide in whole root,root bark,and leaves of Tripterygium wilfordii obtained in summer was higher and also in debark root in spring,stem in autumn.For the different part of Tripterygium wilfordii obtained in summer,the content range of triptolide in its given order was whole root,root bark,debark root,stem and leaves respectively.CONCLUSIONS:It provides a basis of rational use for Tripterygium wilfordii.
