| 摘 要： | 目的 观察针刺配合中药利湿化瘀治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效.方法 60例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分成治疗组(针刺配合中药组)和对照组(妇乐冲剂组),各30例.观察治疗前后血液流变学指标.结果 治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为90.0%与53.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01):两组均可改善血液流变学指标,但治疗组明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 针刺结合中药利湿化瘀治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著,能明显改善血液黏稠度.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus Chinese herbal medicine for draining dampness and resolving stasis in treating chronic pelvic inflammation.
