数字化塑形钛网修复颅骨缺损优于传统修补方法的临床研究

摘    要:目的:评价分析数字化塑形钛网与传统修补方法在修复颅骨缺损的临床应用。方法随机检索选出136例2007年3月~2013年3月期间在本院接受颅骨缺损修补术的患者作为本次的临床研究对象,根据修补方法的不同分为数字塑形钛网组、二维钛网组和自体骨组。数字塑形钛网组患者予行数字化塑形钛网修补术,二维钛网组患者予行二维钛网修补术,自体骨组患者予行自体骨修补术,比较三组患者手术后的各项指标。结果数字塑形钛网组的手术时间(80.5±9.8)min显著优于二维钛网组(135.5±9.6)min和自体骨组(130.0±8.9)min,数字塑形钛网组的塑形满意率(98.21%)显著优于二维钛网组(83.33%),数字塑形钛网组的并发症发病率(1.79%)显著优于二维钛网组(16.67%)和自体骨组(50.00%),差具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论数字化塑形钛网修补颅骨在颅骨修补术中,具有缩短手术进程,改善塑形效果,降低术后并发症,提高患者满意度等显著优势,作为新兴的科学治疗手段值得临床的广泛推广与应用。

Clinical study of digital shaping titanium mesh and traditional hernioplasty in repairing skull defect

Abstract:Objective To evaluate and analyze the clinical application of digital shaping titanium mesh and traditional hernioplasty in repairing skull defect. Methods Randomly searched 136 patients with skull defect in our hospital from March 2007 to March 2013 as the study objects, and divided them into digital shaping group, two-dimension titanium mesh group and autogenous bone group, which were given repairing by digital shaping, two-dimension titanium mesh and autogenous bone respectively, all indicators of three groups were compared. Results The operation time of digital shaping group (80.5±9.8) was significantly lower than two-dimension titanium mesh group(135.5±9.6) and autogenous bone group(130.0±8.9), satisfaction degree of digital shaping group (98.21%) was significantly better than two-dimension titanium mesh group (83.33%), and complication incidence of digital shaping group (1.79%) was significantly lower than two-dimension titanium mesh group (16.67%) and autogenous bone group (50.00%), differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion In the repairing of skull, digital shaping titanium mesh has advantages of shortening the treatment process, improving shaping effects, decreasing postoperative complications and increasing patients’satisfaction degree, which can be widely used as a new treatment method and promoted in clinic.
