急进高原男性青年血雌二醇的变化规律

用放射免疫法对急进海拔２８００ｍ和４７００ｍ地区３个月期间的同一男性青年人群血清雌二醇含量进行动态测定，以了解其变化规律和可以意义。结果：在不同梯度上，随着海拔高度的上升和大气压，大气氧分压的下降，血清Ｅ２显著降低。

THE CHANGES OF ESTRADIOL IN THE YOUNG MALES ENTERING INTO HIGH ALTITUDE RAPIDLY

he serum estradiol(E2)were measured by radioimmunoassay in 70 young males at 2 800and 4 700m altitudes,respectively,for studying the dynamic changes of serum E2 in human enter-ing into altitude rapidly.The results showed that the serum E2 decreased significantly with alti-tudes elevating,At 4 700m altitude.the serum E2 showed a tendency of continuous decrease within90 days.It was considered that hypoxia might be the cause of the serum E2 changes and the serumE2 chaiige might relate with high altitude sickness;
