| 摘 要： | 目的评价含奈替米星和司帕沙星联合对耐多药肺结核（MDR-PTB）的疗效。方法 348例MDR-PTB患者,随机分为两组,以氧氟沙星和丁胺卡那霉素作为对照组。治疗组174例采用3NSDTZ（E）/9SDTZ（E）方案治疗,对照组174例采用3AODTZ（E）/9ODTZ（E）方案治疗。结果第3个月末,治疗组痰菌转阴率为72%,明显优于对照组（48%）,两组对照有统计学上的显著性意义（P〈0.05）。疗程结束时,治疗组痰菌转阴率为89%,明显优于对照组（68%）,两组对照有统计学的显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论以奈替米星和司帕沙星联合治疗MDR-PTB疗效肯定,痰菌转阴速度快,值得继续临床探索。
