| 摘 要： | 目的探讨呼吸道乳头状瘤癌变的病因,临床特点、病理及病理生理机制等。方法结合收治1例患者的临床资料及近10年国内外已发表有较完整临床资料的患者,就其病因、临床特点及病理表现进行综合分析。结果人乳头状瘤病毒（HPV）感染为呼吸道乳头状瘤主要病因,其中HPV-16,18密切相关。该疾病具有生长快、多发性及易复发等临床特点,少数发生癌变,即鳞状细胞癌。已发现p53、Rb蛋白p21、EGFR-STAT3等多种蛋白基因与恶变相关。结论呼吸道乳头状瘤病因、临床表现及病理生理等均有一定特点,癌变者为少数,确诊有赖于病理,基因检测也有助于诊断。
