| 摘 要： | 2005年6月-2010年1月,我院使用动力髋螺钉（DHS）内固定治疗老年转子间骨折46例,现报道如下。1材料与方法1.1病例资料本组46例,男28例,女18例,年龄50-80岁。按AO分型：A1型24例,A2型18型,A3型4例。1例为陈旧性骨折,45例为新鲜骨折。
