| 摘 要： | 目的回顾性分析陕西省结核病防治院肺结核病人中结核分枝杆菌耐药状况并分析耐药形成原因。方法分析2008年分离培养388株结核分枝杆菌药物敏感试验结果,包括异烟肼（H）,利福平（R）,盐酸乙胺丁醇（E）,硫酸链霉素（S）。结果 388株结核分枝杆菌中,至少耐一种药物耐药率为64.43%,同时对4种药物耐药率为4.12%,耐多药率为10.31%。结论结核病人耐药情况比较严重,需要更严格执行结核病控制策略,防止耐药病人及耐药菌株的产生和传播。
