| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血必净注射液治疗细菌性肺炎合并高热的治疗效果。方法将128例细菌性肺炎合并高热患者随机分为两组,治疗组用血必净注射液配伍抗生素进行治疗,对照组单纯用抗生素治疗,7d为一疗程进行疗效比较。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,经统计学检验差异有显著性（P〈0.01）。结论血必净注射液配伍抗生素治疗细菌性肺炎合并高热疗效明显优于单纯用抗生素治疗,疗效显著,有临床推广价值。
