蚌埠市重点公共场所卫生学调查

目的 :蚌埠市重点公共场所的卫生状况 ,分析影响公共场所卫生质量的主要因素 ,为提高公共场所卫生管理水平提供依据。方法 :对蚌埠市 5 89户重点公共场所的相关卫生状况进行调查。结果 :5 89户重点公共场所中持有效卫生许可证的 488户 ,占 82 .9% ;2 45 4名从业人员的预防性健康体检、卫生知识培训合格证 ,持有效健康证、培训合格证的计 1471人 ,占总抽查人数的 5 9.9% ;公共用品中大肠菌群检测 15 76份 ,合格 10 42份 ,合格率为 6 6 .1% ;致病菌检测 5 36份 ,合格 5 0 4份 ,合格率为 94.0 %。结论 :蚌埠市重点公共场所的卫生状况不容乐观 ,持证经营、持证上岗、公共用品消毒应作为监督监测的重点。

Hygienic Investigation on Important Public Places in Bangbu City

In order to grasp the sanitary situation of important public places in Bangbu, search out the main factors of influencing sanitary quality of public places and provide evidence for improving the level of management, interrelated sanitary situation of 589 important public places in Bangbu city was investigated. The results showed that 488 important public places had effective sanitary license, account for 82.9%. A total of 1472 employees who passed precautionary health medical examination and sanitary knowledge training hold effective health certificate and training qualified certificate, account for 59.5% (1472/2454). 1576 public articles were detected for E. coli randomly. 1042 samples were qualified and the qualified percentage is 66.1%. 509 samples were collected to detect causal organisms. 477 samples are qualified and the total qualified percentage is 93.7%. It was concluded that the sanitary situation of important public places in Bangbu city could not be thought good. The focal point of supervision and inspection were holding license to management, holding certificate to go to work, disinfecting public articles for use.
