青岛市医用X射线辐射防护工作状况

目的了解医用X线辐射防护工作状况,为保障辐射工作人员、受检者和公众的健康和安全,提高X线机放射防护质量,防止放射事故发生提供建议。方法采用统一调查表,培训合格的调查员对医用X线的机构和单位进行现场调查。结果在调查的8个项目中,每个项目符合要求的医院均在75%以下。职业卫生管理制度、单位领导对放射防护的态度的合格率仅为59.8%和43.0%。结论解决单位领导、放射工作人员对放射防护有关法律法规认识不足、重视不够的问题,是保障辐射工作人员、受检者和公众健康和安全的关键。

Protection Work against Medical X-Rays in Qingdao

Objective]To study the protection work against medical X-rays,provide safety management for radiation-exposed working staff and the public and improve the quality of radiation protection and provide suggestions for avoiding the occurrence of radioactive accidents.Methods]A unified questionnaire was used to investigate the units and institutions with medical X-rays on site.Results]Only 75% of the hospitals accorded with the standard in the 8 investigated projects;the eligible rates of the administration system and the leaders' attitude toward radiation protection were 59.8% and 43.0% respectively.Conclusion]Great importance should be attached to the awareness of radiation protection legislations among the leaders and radiation-exposed working staff.
