小儿外伤性硬膜外血肿的治疗

目的探讨小儿外伤性硬膜外血肿的特点及治疗。方法回顾性分析我院2000年8月-2004年10月42例小儿外伤性硬膜外血肿的临床资料。结果非手术治疗18例,全部治愈;手术治疗中钻孔引流者5例,全部治愈;开颅治疗者19例,17例治愈,2例死亡。死亡率占全组的4.7%。结论小儿外伤性硬膜外血肿处理时应注意其临床特点,掌握其非手术和手术治疗的指征。

Treatment of traumatic extradural hematoma in children

Objective To explore the clinical characteristic and treatment of the children traumatica extradural hematoma (TEDH).Methods The clinical data of 42 children with TEDH treated from August 2000 to October 2004 in our departments were analyzed retrospectively. Results 18 cases were performed no- operation management, and all of them were cured.The rest were applied surgical treatment. 5 cases with trepanation and drainage were cured. 19 cases were applied surgical hematoma removal under bony flap. Among them, 17 patients recovered and 2 patients died. The total mortality rate was 4.7%. Conclusion The clinical characteristic should be noticed and the indication of conservative management or surgical treatment should be appropriate applied in the TEDH.
