| 摘 要： | 本文通过对４０例消化道肿瘤患者的甲皱微循环检测结果表明．中晚期肿瘤患者多数人具有微血管的改变（占５２．５％），其中肿瘤转移者达９０％．而与肿瘤的大小无关。

| Abstract: | Through the examination of nailfold microcirculation of 40 cases wjh alimentary tumors this article revealed as follows. More than half of the patients(52. 5%) withinter mediate and late stage whowed blurring of capillary loops; 90%of them with metastases; howerer. no association with the size of the tumor. |
