上海市闸北区彭浦社区女性乳腺癌发病趋势分析

目的了解彭浦社区女性乳腺癌发病情况，为进一步开展乳腺癌的社区干预提供参考依据。方法通过肿瘤随访卡收集彭浦社区2002至2006年20～90岁乳腺癌发病情况，并以10岁作为年龄段划分，进行不同年龄段发病率的统计分析。结果5年内彭浦社区乳腺癌患者228例，发病年龄主要集中在40～59岁，发病率呈现逐年增长。结论应高度重视社区妇女乳房保健，加强乳腺癌高危人群的健康行为指导。

Analysis on female breast cancer incidence trend in Pengpu community of Zha Bei District in Shanghai

Objective To understand the epidemic tread of female breast cancer incidence in Pengpu community and provide basis for the further community intervention, Method To collect data with the tumor followup visiting cards of breast cancer patients aged 20-90 in Pengpu community from years 2002 to 2006 ,and analyze incidence by different 10 years. Results There are 228 breast cancer patients in 5 years, The peak of age of onset is 40-59 and the incidence rate of breast cancer patients is gradually increasing year after year. Conclusion The breast health care of community women should be paid closely attention to and we should strengthen health behavior guidance to the high-risk groups of breast cancer.
