对机采血小板口服钙剂观察

目的了解口服钙剂能否减少机采血小板供者枸橼酸盐引起的低钙症状的发生。方法机采血小板的全血速度均为80％／mm，全血与抗凝剂流速比为（10～12）：1，机采前口服钙剂（10％葡萄糖酸钙10ml）者60例，均为一次采二个单位；未口服钙剂者有169例为一次采一个治疗单位；44例为一次采2个治疗单位。结果口服钙剂的60例中有一人出现一过性轻微的口周发麻感觉，未服用钙剂者未观察到低钙症状。结论机采一个或两个治疗单位血小板可以不预防口服葡萄糖酸钙。

Observation on oral calcium infusion's influence on people who have their blood platelet taken

Methods The rate of taking blood by machine is 80%/mm ;The velocity ratio between whole blood and gelation inhibitor is（ 10 -12 ） ; Before drawing blood by machine, 60 people take calcium infusion （10% calcium gluconate 10 ml） ,and they each have two units of blood platelet drawn every time; For those who do not take calcium gluconate, 169 have one unit of blood platelet drawn every time, and 44 have 2 units drawn every time. Results Only one from the 60-person group has the temp sensation of pins and needles around the mouth, and those who do not take calcium infusion do not show any sign of low calcium. Conclusion It is not necessary to administer oral calcium gluconate when having one or two therapeutic units of blood platelet drawn.
