无牙颌患者的面形恢复

目的评价无牙颌患者对全口义齿恢复容貌满意度情况。方法分析近6年口腔门诊无牙颌病例19例，剩余牙槽嵴高度和宽度中度吸收。结果男性满意6例，占60％，基本满意4例，占40％；女性满意5例，占55．6％，基本满意3例，占333％，不满意1例，占11．1％。55～65岁满意6例，占54．5％，基本满意4例，占36．4％，不满意1例，占9％。65岁以上满意5例，占62．5％，基本满意3例，占37．5％。结论男性满意率高于女性，65岁以上满意率高于55～65岁。

Facial Appearance of Edentulous Patients after Wearing Complete Denture

Objective To evaluate facial appearance after wearing complete denture. Methods 19 edentulous patients were chosen for the study. The attitude toward dentures in general was measured by means of questionnaire. Results 60% male patients and 55.6% female patients were satisfied with their facial appearance; 54.5% patients with age between 55 and 65 and 62.5% patients with age over 65 were satisfied with their facial appearance. Conclusion The ratio of satisfaction of male patients is higher than that of female patients. The ratio of satisfaction of patients with age over 65 is higher than that of patients with age between 55 and 65.
