| 摘 要： | 目的：观察自拟疏肝健脾和胃汤治疗慢性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将慢性胰腺炎106例随就诊先后时间随机分为中药治疗组34例，联合治疗组38例，对照组34例，中药治疗组用自拟疏肝健脾和胃汤治疗，联合治疗组用自拟疏肝健脾和胃汤联合内科方法治疗，对照组单用内科方法治疗，30天为1疗程。结果：中药治疗组和联合治疗组症状、体征、实验室及影像学检查结果改善均优于对照组。结论：自拟疏肝健脾和胃汤治疗慢性胰腺炎有较好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Self- created Shuganjianpihewei soup treating chronic pancreatitis.Method： 106 patients with chronic pancreatitis According to time of visiting were divided randomly into Chinese medicine treatment group 34 cases, the treatment group 38 cases, the control group 34 cases, Chinese medicine treatment group were treated with Shuganjianpihewei soup, the treatment group were treated with Shuganjianpihewei soup joint medical treatment, the control group were treated with alone medical, 30 days for treatment.Result： The improvement of symptoms and signs, labortory and imaging results of Chinese medicine treatment group and the treatment group are better than the control group. Conclusion： Shuganjianpihewei soup have a better clinical effect for treatment of chronic pancreatitis. |
