免疫抑制不同时间血液及BALF中细胞成分的变化与卡氏肺孢子虫及炎性细胞反应之观察

摘    要:目的实验观察GC免疫抑制对卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎的发病影响。方法采用清洁级Wistar大鼠31只,26只大鼠每w 2次皮下注射地塞米松建立PCP模型,阴性对照组(5只),在第2、4、6、8w分别杀死大鼠,采集血液及BALF进行细胞计数并涂片分析血液和BALF中细胞成分。结果PCP大鼠血液中白细胞总数为(35.8±4.35)×109/L,淋巴细胞比例为(23.4±8.2)%,巨噬细胞数为(8.4±1.09)%,中性粒细胞比例为(68.2±8.35)%。PCP大鼠BALF中白细胞细胞总数为(35.24±8.10)×106/L,巨噬细胞比例为(84.9±2.49)%,淋巴细胞比例为(10.0±2.56)%,中性粒细胞比例为(5.1±1.73)%。结论PCP组中淋巴细胞减少是导致大鼠发生卡氏肺孢子虫感染的最关键的原因。大鼠BALF中巨噬细胞减少和功能减弱对卡氏肺孢子虫感染发生起主要帮助作用。中性粒细胞增加,推测和肺损伤有关。

Abstract:In order to study the relationship between the white cell changes in the blood or BALF and PCP,observe the pathogenecity of Pneumocystis carinii to the host by establishing a rat model,31 male clean grade Wistar rats were divided into three groups :(1) PCP group,during 6-8 weeks 17 rats were injected with dexamethasone complicating PCP(2) negative control group,during 2-6 weeks 9 rats were injeeted with dexamethasone without PC infection:(3) normal control group,5 healthy Wistar rats.White cells in the blood and BALF were counted and differentiated.It was found that the percentage of lymphocyte of PCP was(23.4±(8.2))%(P< 0.05),and the percentage of macrophages was(8.4±1.09)%,and the percentage of neutrophil was(68.2±(8.35))%.Total cell counts of PCP in BALF was increased,and the percentage of macrophages is(84.9±2.49)%,and the percentage of lymphocyte is(10.0±2.56)% and the percentage of neutrophil is(5.1±1.73)%.It suggests that PCP had positive correlations with the reduces of the percentage of lymphocyte in the blood.And the reduces and weaken function of the macrophages in BALF promotes infection of Pneumocystis carinii.
