西药联合麝香保心丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

目的观察在西药联合麝香保心丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的疗效。方法将60例UAP患者分为对照组和试验组各30例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合麝香保心丸治疗,疗程均为30d,观察2组疗效和一氧化氮(NO)、血浆内皮素(ET)水平。结果治疗后试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者心绞痛发作次数及持续时间均明显下降,且试验组患者下降程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组NO较同组治疗前及对照组治疗后均显著升高(P<0.05),ET较同组治疗前及对照组治疗后均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论常规西药联合麝香保心丸治疗UAP疗效更显著,其作用机制与调节NO/ET水平有关。

Efficacy of conventional western medicine combined with Shexiang Baoxin pills in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris

Obiective To observe the efficacy of conventional western medicine combined with Shexiang Baoxin pills in the treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods 60 cases of patients with unstable angina pectoris （UAP） were divided into two groups： control group （ n = 30） and experimental group （ n = 30）. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, the experimental group was treated with the drugs of control group combined with Shexiang Baoxin pills. After 30 days treatment,the effect and nitric oxide （NO） ,endothelin （ET） were compared between the 2 groups. Results After treatment,the patients clinical symptoms improved in the experimental group was better than that in control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05 ） ;the angina frequency and duration of both groups were significantly decreased, and the patients in the experimental group were decreased significantly more than the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; after treatment, the NO level of experimental group compared with the same group before treatment and the control group after treatment were both significantly increased （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; after ET of experimental group compared with the same group before treatment and the control group after treatment were both significantly decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Conventional western medicine combined with Shexiang Baoxin pills treatment on unstable type angina pectoris has remarkable efficacy, and its role is in connection with the adjusting of NO/ET level.
