| 摘 要： | 目的 观察肌内注射维生素D2预防佝偻病的疗效.方法 200例佝偻病患儿随机分为治疗组103例,对照组97例,治疗组给予肌内注射维生素D2及口服葡萄糖酸钙治疗;对照组给予口服维生素AD滴剂每天1粒及口服葡萄糖酸钙治疗.观察2组治疗效果.结果 治疗组总有效率为95.15%高于对照组的87.63%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 肌内注射维生素D2预防婴幼儿佝偻病疗效确切.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of intramuscular injection of vitamin D2 in the prevention of rickets. Methods 200 cases of children with rickets were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 103 cases） and control group （n =97 cases）. The treatment group was given vitamin D2 by intramuscular injection, while the control group was given oral Vitamin A and D Drops. Both groups were given oral calcium gluconate. The effect of 2 groups was compared. Re- suits The total effect rate of the treatment group was 95.15%, which was 87.63% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The intramuscular injection of vitamin D2 has obvious curative effect in the prevention of rickets of infants and young children. |
