参松养心胶囊与酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗室性期前收缩的对比研究

目的 评价参松养心胶囊与酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗室性期前收缩的疗效及安全性的异同.方法 将129例室性期前收缩患者随机分为A组、B组、C组各43例.A组予以参松养心胶囊联合酒石酸美托洛尔片口服治疗,B组单纯予以参松养心胶囊口服治疗,C组单纯予以酒石酸美托洛尔片口服治疗,疗程均为8周.比较3组治疗后临床症状、心电图改善情况以及不良反应发生率.结果 （1）3组临床症状均明显改善,A组总有效率为97.7%,B组为93.0%,C组为69.8%.A组与B组总有效率相近,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;A组与B组总有效率明显高于C组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.（2）3组治疗室性期前收缩均有效,A组总有效率为97.7%,B组为95.3%,C组为76.7%.A组与B组总有效率相近,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;A组与B组总有效率明显高于C组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.（3）A组与B组不良反应发生率均为2.3%,明显低于C组的23.3%,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 参松养心胶囊与酒石酸美托洛尔片无论联合,还是单用,均可有效改善室性期前收缩的临床症状.2种药物联合应用治疗室性期前收缩的效果优于单用参松养心胶囊或者酒石酸美托洛尔片.与酒石酸美托洛尔片相比,参松养心胶囊治疗室性期前收缩更具有安全的优势.

Comparative study of the Shensongyangxin capsules and metoprolol tartrate tablets in the treatment of ventricular premature contraction

Objective To evaluate the similarities and differences of the efficacy and safety in the treatment of ventricular contraction with Shensongyangxin capsules and metoprolol tartrate tablets. Methods 129 cases of ventricular contraction in patients were randomly divided into three groups ： group A, group B and group C, each of 43 cases. The group A was given Shensongyangxin capsule oral and metoprolol tartrate tablets oral. The group B was given Shensongyangxin capsule oral. The group C was given metoprolol tartrate tablets oral. The treatment lasted for 8 weeks. The clinical symptoms, ventricular contractions and adverse reactions of 3 groups were compared after treatment. Results （ 1 ） The clinical symptoms of the 3 groups were significantly improved,the total effective rate of group A was 97.7% ,the total effective rate of group B was 93.0% ,the total effective rate of group C was 69.8%. There was no significant difference between group A and group B （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The total effective rate of group A and group B were higher than that of group C, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. （2） The 3 groups were all effective in the treatment of ventricular premature contraction, the total effective rate of group A was 97.7% ,the total effective rate of group B was 95.3% ,the total effective rate of group C was 76.7%. There was no sig- nificant difference between group A and group B （P 〉 0.05）. The total effective rate of group A and group B were higher than that of group C, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. （ 3 ） In A group and B group, the incidence of adverse reaction was both 2.3% , which was lower than 23.3% of group C, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Shensongyangxin capsule with metoprolol tartrate tablets any union or single-use, can be effective in improving the clinical symptoms of ventricular contraction. The effect of combination of two drugs is better than that of Shensongyangxin capsules or metoprolol tartrate tablets alone in the treatment of ventricular contraction. Shensongyangxin capsule is more securi- ty, compared with metoprolol tartrate tablets in the treatment of ventricular premature contraction.
