鲑鱼降钙素联合仙灵骨葆、骨化三醇对预防骨折内固定术后骨质疏松性骨痛的疗效观察

目的观察鲑鱼降钙素联合仙灵骨葆、骨化三醇对预防骨折内固定术后骨质疏松性骨痛的疗效。方法将206例骨折内固定术后患者随机分为治疗组69例、对照Ⅰ组69例和对照Ⅱ组68例,治疗组术后予以鼻喷鲑鱼降钙素,同时口服仙灵骨葆和骨化三醇治疗;对照Ⅰ组仅予以鼻喷鲑鱼降钙素治疗;对照Ⅱ组予以口服仙灵骨葆联合骨化三醇治疗。3组均以30d为1个疗程,连续使用3个疗程。评定3组骨痛性质及程度,测定血钙、血磷,记录药物不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组骨痛改善总有效率为92.8%,高于对照Ⅰ组的71.0%、对照Ⅱ组的64.7%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组血磷和血钙水平治疗前、后及组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组不良反应发生率两两比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鲑鱼降钙素联合仙灵骨葆、骨化三醇对预防骨折内固定术后骨质疏松性疼痛具有确切的疗效,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。

Efficacy of slmon clcitonin plus XianlingGubao and clcitriol for osteoporotic bone pain with fracture after internal fixation

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of salmon calcitonin plus Xianlinggubao and ealcitriol for osteoporotic bone pain with fracture after internal fixation. Methods 206 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group （69 cases ） and control groups I （69 eases ） and control group II （68 cases ）. The treatment group received salmon calcitonin nasal spray plus Xianlinggubao and Calcitriol. The control group I received salmon ealeitonin nasal spray alone and the control group II received Xianlinggnbao and Calcitriol. A course was defined as 30 days. After treatment for a total of 3 courses,the nature and degree of ostealgia in all the patients were assessed and the out-come indexes were measured and the adverse drug reactions were recorded. Results The total effective rates of the treatment group was 92.75 %, which was higher than 71.0% of the control group I and 64.7% of the control group II ,and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. However, there no significant differences between the 3 groups in the incidences of adverse drug reactions （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The treatment of osteoporotic bone pain by salmon calcitonin plus Xianlinggubao and caleitriol has been proved to be safe and effective.
