不同游离方法在乳腺癌改良根治术后皮瓣坏死的临床研究

目的探讨不同游离方法在乳腺癌改良根治术后皮瓣坏死的影响。方法 100例乳腺癌改良根治术患者随机分为双刃刀(普通手术刀)组和电刀组各50例,对2组患者术中出血、术后皮瓣并发症及皮瓣愈合情况进行对比研究。结果双刃刀组术中出血量大于电刀组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);双刃刀组术后皮瓣愈合情况和发生皮下积液的几率优于电刀组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在不同的情况下选择不同的游离方法可有效降低乳腺癌改良根治术中并发症的发生率。

Clinical research of different free methods in skin flap necrosis after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer

Objective To investigate the effects of different free methods in skin flap necrosis after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer. Methods 100 cases of patients underwent modified radical masteetomy of breast cancer were randomly divided into two edged sword （normal operation knife） group and electric knife group ,50 cases in each of group. The intraoperative bleeding, postoperative flap complications and skin flap healing condition of 2 groups were compared. Results The amount of bleeding in operation knife group was greater than that of the electric knife group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.01 ） ,and The incidence of subcutaneous effusion and skin flap healing condition of normal operation knife group is better than that of the electric knife group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Choosing different free method can effectively reduce the incidence rate of complications in modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer in different circumstances.
