| 摘 要： | 目的探讨C反应蛋白在急性呼吸道感染中的价值。方法选取我院2010年1月—2012年1月收治的急性呼吸道感染患者200例,治疗72h后进行血常规测定,并采用免疫比浊法对C反应蛋白、白细胞、肺炎支原体特异性抗体等进行测定。结果设C反应蛋白〉5mg/L为阳性、白细胞计数〉11.0×109/L为阳性。感染组C反应蛋白阳性比率为81.2%,白细胞阳性比率为67.9%。结论 C反应蛋白是可以作为对急性呼吸道感染的敏感但非特异指标,可以对治疗的疗效进行有效判断。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the application of C reaction protein（CRP） in treatment of acute respiratory infections.Methods Choosed 200 acute respiratory infections patients from Jan.2010 to Jan.2012 to detect blood routine after 72 h and amount of CRP,leukocyte,mycoplasma pneumoniae specificity antibody.Results The positive rate of CRP in infection group was 81.2%,the positive rate of leukocyte was 67.9% with significant difference with CRP 5mg / L,numeration of leukocyte 11.0 × 109/ L.Conclusion CRP can be as sensitive but not specific indicators to diagnosis acute respiratory infections. |
