儿童椎管内神经鞘瘤17例临床分析

目的 探讨分析儿童椎管内神经鞘瘤临床特点及治疗手段。方法 自1991年2月-2003年11月，共收治儿童椎管内神经鞘瘤17例，男性12例，女性5例，年龄4—16岁，平均12．8岁。其中颈段7例，胸段5例，腰段5例。有3例肿瘤位于硬脊膜外，14例肿瘤位于硬脊膜下，5例肿瘤经椎间孔呈哑铃形生长。2例椎间孔外肿瘤未能全切除，其余15例肿瘤全切除。结果 除1例腰3部位肿瘤患儿术前双下肢瘫痪，术后双下肢瘫痪无缓解外，其余16例患儿术后症状、体症均有好转。结论 神经鞘瘤是髓外最常见一种良性肿瘤，这类肿瘤如能早期诊断，早期手术治疗，预后良好。

Spinal neurinomas in children

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristic and treatment technique in spinal neurinomas of children. Methods 17 cases of the spinal neurinomas of children from 1991 to 2003 were reported, including 12 males and 5 females. The tumors in 7 cases were located at cervical region, in 5 cases at thorax region, in 5 cases at lumbosacral region. 3 cases of the tumors were at extradural, 14 cases were at intradural extramedullary. Out of them, 5 cases were of the shake of dumbbell. 15 out of the 17 cases of the tumors were totally removed, the other 2 were almost removed. Results With the 16 cases, the symptoms were improved after the operation except one case who had been paralysed before the operation. Conclusions The earlier the spinal neurinomas are dignosed and operated , the better the results.
