摘    要:目的:采用已建立的体外研究牙种植体骨界面的三维实验模型,研究改良喷砂表面对种植体骨结合形式的影响。方法:以相差显微镜跟踪观察钛片和成骨细胞之间的界面变化;以细胞培养1个月后制取的界面细胞切片观察界面的结合形式及结合状态。结果:在引导成骨细胞向钛片移行贴附的能力方面改良喷砂表面与光滑表面无显著差异,但界面处细胞与钛表面的结合形工却存在着明显的不同。成骨细胞与光滑表面多为平行排列,而与改良喷砂表面则呈垂直或成角连接。另外,界面处细胞的形态亦存在明显的差别,光滑表面的细胞呈梭形,而改良喷砂表面的细胞则呈圆形、椭圆形,且胞体较大、胞浆丰富。结论:改良喷砂表面处理有利于牙种植体的骨愈合、并形成骨纤维垂直连接式的骨结合。

Abstract:Objective To reveal effects of the modified sandblasted surface,developed by the authors,upon the bone adaptation pattern of Ti dental implants in vitro.Methods A three-dimensional experimental model of dental implant material-osteoblast culture was used.Responses of osteoblasts to Ti disc were followed up using phase-contrast microscope and cell attaching patterns were observed histologically after 1-month culture.Results No significant difference was found in capacities of osteoblast to migrate and attach to Ti disc between the modified sandblasted surface and the smooth surface,except for the pattern of attachment.Around the polished surface,the migrating and attaching osteoblasts oriented themselves parallel to it;meanwhile,around the modified sandblasted surface,the orientation and attachment of cells was literally in a perpendicular way.A big difference also existed in the shapes of cells lining the interface,spindle on the smooth surface versus round and ovoid with a large cellular body and abundant cytoplasm on the modified sandblasted surface.Conclusion The modified sandblasting surface treatment of dental implants will facilitate the bone healing and enable a real bone-fiber-perpendicularly-connecting integration,rather than the capsule-like osseous adaptation.
