城市青春期女性收缩压参考值的地理分布特征与规律

目的 我国很多地方都有本地区的收缩压正常参考值,而且在选择参考值的时候所参考的地理因素也各不相同,这种方法很难适用于地域差异很大的地方.本文为了探讨收缩压参考值和地理因素之间的相关性并为制定收缩压参考值的统一标准提供科学依据.方法 收集了中国30个省份的7 987例城市健康青春期女性收缩压参考值,应用统计软件SPSS17.0,综合运用相关分析和回归分析的方法,研究了其与9项地理因素指标的关系.运用多元回归分析、曲线估计和主成分分析估计收缩压4项指标的正常参考值,得出不同的收缩压预测模型.为了能得到更逼近真实值的最优模型,本研究根据实测值的趋势选择最逼近真实值的收缩压正常参考值的预测模型.结果 健康城市青春期女性收缩压参考值与中国地理因素之间有着显著的相关关系(F=4.762,P=0.000),健康城市青春期女性收缩压参考值的预测模型为:YSBP=6.461+0.006X1+1.438X3+0.002X6+0.302X8+1.215X9.结论 精确地拟合并绘制出城市青春期女性的收缩压正常参考值的空间趋势分布图,通过分布图可以明确的看出全国各个地区城市青春期女性收缩压参考值.

Geographical distribution of SBP reference value of urban adolescent girls

Objective To discuss the relationship between geographical factors and SBP value in order to lay a scientific foundation for the formulation of a uniform standard of SBP value. Methods The SBP values of 7 987 healthy adolescent girls in 30 provinces of China were collected. The relationship between the SBP values and the geographical factors was studied,using the SPSS17 software, regression analysis and curve analysis. Results Three different forecast models were obtained and the best one was selected through comparison. The geographical factors and adolescent SBP is significantly correlated（F=5. 431 ,P=0. 000）. The forecast model is YSBP =65. 713＋0. 641X3 ＋0. 174X8 ＋0. 586X9. Qonclusion which can indicate the thematic map of the distribution of the reference value of adolescent girls in different areas of China.
