鼻中隔偏曲鼻内镜下手术

目的探讨应用鼻内镜下行鼻中隔矫正术的疗效和优点。方法采用局麻下鼻内镜直视行鼻中隔矫正术，对部分鼻腔狭小者，同时开放前组筛窦，扩大鼻腔的通气道。结果对85例患者术后随访半年以上的疗效观察表明，该方法可安全、彻底地矫正鼻中隔偏曲，特别是高位、后段的鼻中隔偏曲，满意地改善患者的鼻腔通气，无鼻中隔穿孔、鼻腔黏连和鼻梁塌陷等并发症的发生。结论该法较之传统鼻中隔偏曲矫正术具有直视、微创、精细和并发症少等优点。可以安全、彻底地矫正鼻中隔偏曲，改善患者的鼻腔通气。

Nasal endoscopy of nasal sepetum deviation

Objective ] To evaluate the treatment effect and virtue of resection nasal septum deviation under nasal endoscopy. Methods] Performing the resection of nasal septum deviation under nasal endoscopy. Anterior ethmoid sinus operated to nasal cavit limited for amplification parichnos of nasal cavit. Results] The observation of the outcome of 85 patients undergoing this operation after 6 months above postoperation shows that this technique could resect the nasal septum deviation safety and completely, especially in the upper and posterior deviation,improve the nasal respiratory and reduce the occurrence of nasal cavity adhesion. Conclusions] Performing the resection of the nasal septum deviation under nasal endoscopy, comparing this new method with the traditional one and discussing the safety and long-term curative effect of this new method. It is a good method for popularizing to clinician.
