脉安舒颗粒对不稳定型心绞痛患者血清sCD40L的影响

目的观察脉安舒颗粒对不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）患者血清可溶性CD40配体（sCD40L）的影响。方法将60例气虚血瘀证UAP患者采用随机分层法分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。两组患者均按内科常规治疗,治疗组患者在常规治疗的基础上,加用脉安舒颗粒。治疗4周后,观察两组患者心绞痛发作频率、心电图及血清sCD40L的变化。结果治疗组心绞痛显效率、总有效率及心电图总有效率均明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）,同时治疗组血清sCD40L水平的下降幅度大于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论脉安舒颗粒与常规西药合用在缓解心绞痛、改善心电图及降低血清sCD40L等方面均明显优于单用西药治疗。表明脉安舒颗粒治疗UAP有较好疗效,能显著降低血清sCD40L水平,抑制免疫炎症反应,从而减缓动脉粥样硬化（AS）斑块的进展,起到稳定斑块的作用。推测脉安舒颗粒通过降低血清sCD40L含量而稳定AS斑块,是其治疗UAP的有效机制之一。

Impacts of Maianshu Granules on Serum sCD40L for the Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris
