| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用穴位注射及按摩对于人工流产综合反应预防及其作用机理。方法将197例行人工流产术的患者随机分为治疗组99例和对照组98例,治疗组术前予足三里穴位注射,并于术中按摩内关及三阴交,对照组给予人工流产常规处理。观察手术前后两组患者生命体征的变化,手术过程中疼痛的程度及人工流产综合反应的发生率。结果两组术中腹痛程度、腹痛持续时间、收缩压及心率下降比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,术中人流综合征发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但治疗组明显低于对照组。结论应用穴位注射及按摩对于人工流产综合反应可以起到较好的预防作用,其机理可能与内关调和内外,足三里强壮补虚,三阴交令阳气通达于四末,三穴合用调和一身之气血有关。
