板苦酊治疗扁平疣103例临床疗效观察

目的观察板苦酊治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法将符合扁平疣诊断标准的患者164例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组103例,对照组61例。两组年龄、性别、皮损经统计学处理,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗组采用自拟板苦酊治疗,对照组采用酞丁安乳膏治疗,两组经治疗40 d后进行疗效统计。结果治疗组治疗后痊愈率60.19%,总有效率95.15%,对照组治疗后痊愈率为24.59%,总有效率80.32%,两组比较,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论自拟板苦酊治疗扁平疣,具有消疣散结抗病毒止痒功效,临床治疗效果显著,弥补了当前中草药酊外治扁平疣的不足,具有创新性、实用性、简便易行等特点。因此,发挥中草药优势治疗扁平疣是切实可行的,值得在临床中推广应用。

Observation of the Clinical Efficacy on 103 Cases of Flat Wart Treated with Banku Tincture
