加味化痰通络汤治疗风痰瘀阻型脑梗死的疗效观察

目的：观察加味化痰通络汤治疗风痰瘀阻型脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：将102例风痰瘀阻型急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组51例。2组均采用现代医学规范化治疗，治疗组同时加服加味化痰通络汤200mL／次，2次／d，2组疗程均为14天。观察2组患者神经功能缺损评分、临床症状及证候的改善情况。结果：治疗组与对照组治疗后神经功能缺损评分均好于治疗前（P〈0．05）；治疗组总有效率为94．1％，对照组为88．2％，2组比较有显著差异（P〈0．01）。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：加味化痰通络汤对风痰瘀阻型脑梗死患者的临床证候有明显的改善作用，能有效改善神经功能损害。

Efficacy of Modified Huatan Tongluo Decoction on Cerebral Infarction of Wind-phlegm Obstruction

Objective:To explore efficacy of modified Huatan Tongluo Decoction on cerebral infarction of wind-phlegm obstruction.
