针刀松解联合骶管滴注治疗腰椎间盘突出症174例疗效观察

目的探讨小针刀松解腰臀腿等部位痛点联合骶管滴注治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法采用小针刀松解腰臀腿等部位痛点或阳性反应点联合骶管滴注超容积的复合镇痛液进行治疗,运用改良日本骨科学会下腰痛评分法（M-JOA）进行临床疗效评估。结果优81例,占46.6%;良69例,占39.6%;可23例,占13.2%;差1,占0.6%。优良率为86.2%,总有效率为99.4%。结论采用小针刀松懈相关区带内损伤的软组织联合骶管滴注治疗腰椎间盘突出症,既能解除软组织不正常的应力,恢复脊柱的动态平衡和力平衡,又能促进神经根水肿和炎症的消退,减轻或消除椎管内神经根受压迫和刺激,从而消除椎管内外致病因素,达到治疗目的。针刀松解联合骶管滴注治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,操作简便、安全,值得临床推广。
