| 摘 要： | 脂质体是一种定向药物载体，修饰脂质体是在脂质体表面修饰或接裁聚合物、糖基、蛋白及苷等物质，使其具有靶向对特殊组织的特性，使脂质体制剂具有被动靶向和主动靶向的能力，属于第三代和第四代脂质体技术。本文对近年来国内外脂质体表面修饰研究进行综述，为进一步深入研究修饰脂质体制剂和作用特性提供参考。

| Abstract: | Liposomes is a targeted drug carrier. Surface-modified liposomes is formed by modifying or connecting polymer, furfurly group, albumen glycoside and so on to make it have both passive and inactive target characteristics, which belongs to the 3rd and 4th generation liposomes technology. In this papper, we will make an overview of the recent research on surface-modified liposomes to offer some help for further research on uses and property of this liposomes. |
