土壤因子对怀菊质量影响研究

目的:研究土壤因子对怀菊内在质量的影响。方法:分别测定河南温县、江苏南京和浙江桐乡三地怀菊样品中绿原酸、总黄酮和微量元素的含量,并分析相应土壤的理化性质,测定矿质元素含量,通过相关分析和通径分析研究土壤环境对怀菊内在质量的影响。结果与结论:结果表明三地怀菊内在质量差异显著,土壤因子对怀菊内化学成分含量有很大的影响,其中直接作用较大的依次是脲酶活性、速效钾、CEC和速效磷的含量,而且其微量元素与土壤矿质元素有很好的相关性,其中怀菊对土壤中镁、砷的富集能力较强。

Effects of soil factor on quality of Chrysanthemum morifolium originated from Wenxian county

Objective: To study the effects of soil factor on the Chrysanthemum morifolium originated from Wenxian county(i.e "huaiju").Method: The content of flavonoid,chlorogenic acid and microelement of "huaiju" gathered at Henanwenxian,Jiangsunanjing and Zhejiangtongxiang was compared and physical and chemical properties and mineral element of soil were analyzed for studying the effects on "huaiju" quality through path and correlation analysis.Result and Conclusion: The quality of "huaiju" gathered at Henanwenxian,Jiangsunanjing and Zhejiangtongxiang was obviously different.Soil factor like the urease activity,CEC and available K,P has greater effect on the chemical component content of "huaiju".The "huaiju",in which microelement and mineral element of soil have better relativity,absorbs Mg,As of soil well.
