女性不孕症患者弓形虫感染率及年龄分布

目的：探讨弓形虫感染与女性不孕症的关系。方法：采用酶联免疫吸附试验法，检测882例不孕症妇女（实验组）及107例正常孕产妇女（对照组）血清弓形虫抗体，进行不同年龄组间感染率差异的分析。结果：弓形虫抗体阳性率实验组（15.87%,140/882）高于对照组（5.61%，6/107）（P<0.01）。20～24岁、25～29岁、30～34岁、35～39岁和≥40岁年龄组感染率分 别为15.63%、15.24%、17.91%、19.44%和15.38%，组间比较差异无显著性（P>0.05）。结论：不孕症妇女弓形虫感染没有年龄差异；弓形虫感染可能是不孕症的原因之一。

Infection rate of Toxoplasma gondii and age distribution in female patients with sterility

Objective To discuss the relationship between the infection of Toxoplasma gondii and female sterility. Methods Toxoplasma gondii serum antibody were determined in 882 women with sterility (experimental group) and 107 normal bearing women (control group) by using ELISA. At the same time the differences of the infection with Toxoplasma gondii between the ages of the sterility women were analyzed. Results The positive rate in experimental group was 15.87% (140/882), the positive rate in control group was 5.61% (6/107), remarkable difference was found between two groups (P<0. 01). The infection rate in the different age groups (20 - 24, 25 -29, 30 - 34, 35 -39 and ≥40) is 5. 63%, 15.24%, 17.91%, 19. 44% and 15. 38%. Conclusion Toxoplasma gondii infection may be one of the factors which can cause sterility, and the infection rates at different ages have no instinct differences.
