早产儿胼胝体生长率与神经运动发育关系的超声研究

摘    要:目的研究早产儿胼胝体生长率与神经运动发育之间的关系。方法胎龄小于34周早产儿50例,于生后0~6周每周颅脑超声测量胼胝体的长度。校正胎龄3个月时,行52项神经运动检查分为异常组14例和正常组36例,分析胼胝体生长率与神经运动检查结果之间的关系。结果早产儿生后2~6周胼胝体增长率低于足月儿(P〈0.01),早产儿异常组2~6周胼胝体生长率低于正常组(P〈0.01)。结论早产儿校正胎龄3个月时,神经运动发育迟滞可能与2~6周龄时胼胝体生长度低下有关。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between the growth rate of corpus callosum and nervimotion development in premature infant. Methods Fifty infants whose gestational age were less 34 weeks, they were examined by ultrasound every week at 0 6 weeks of postnatal age, the length of corpus callosum was measured. All the infants were accepted nervimotion examination at 3 months corrected gestational age, and then they were divided into abnormal group (14 cases) and control group (-36 cases). The relationships between growth rate of corpus callosum and nervimotion development was analyzed. Results The growth rate of corpus callosum in premature infants who were 2 - 6 weeks after birth was lower than that in term infants (P〈0.01). While the growth rate of corpus callosum of premature infants in abnormal group who were 2 - 6 weeks was slower than that in control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions It is possible to have relationship between nervimotion developmental lag at 3 months and the slowing of growth rate of corpus callosum at 2 - 6 weeks postnatal age in premature infant.
