独一味提取方法的优化研究

摘    要:目的:对独一味的不同提取方法进行优化筛选。方法:比较水煎法、超声法、乙醇回流法三种提取效果后再以测定独一味的总黄酮含量为考察指标,采用正交试验法,优选出最佳的提取方法。结果:乙醇回流法所测定的独一味的总黄酮和总固体含量均比其他两种方法多。结论:独一味的最优醇提方法为称取独一味粉末10g,加入20倍量60%的乙醇回流提取25min。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To optimize different extraction methods of Lamiophlomis rotata Kudo. METHODS: With the content of total flavonoids as assay index, the effect of three extraction methods was compared and the optimal excracting technology was selected by orthogoral test. RESULTS: The contents of flavonoids and solids by ethanol extraction were more than that by the boiling water extraction and ultrasonic extraction. CONCLUSION: The ethanol extraction is the optimal extracting technology, which is to put 10g powder of Lamiophlomis into 200ml 60% alcohol, and then reflux extract for 25 min.
