高危儿早期干预效果观察

目的:观察早期干预的效果,寻求有效的可行的早期干预方法。方法:把高危儿分成实验组和对照组,实验组按计划采用一对一智能发育评估及训练指导,个体化早教方案的制定、亲子活动、健康教育等综合方法进行早期干预。对照组按儿保常规进行系统管理,1岁时对两组小儿进行智力发育评估、体格发育测量和评价。结果:实验组小儿的体重、精细动作、适应能力、社交行为发育商和总发育商高于对照组,差异有显著性意义。而大动作、语言发育商两组差异无显著性意义。结论:早期干预可促进高危儿的生长发育,本研究设计的早期干预方法是可行的。

The result observation of early intervention on high-risk neonate

Objective:To observe the result of early intervention, and look for tile effectively viable early intervention.Methods:The high-risk neonate were distributed into the experiment group and the control group. The experiment group was set to adopt the early intervention of intelligence growth valuation and train leading,establishment of individuation teachs,parents and children's activity of the project early, healthy education etc synthetic method one by one according to the plan. The control group adopted the normal system regulations according to the child. The intelligence and the physical stature growth of two groups were evaluated at l year old.Results:The developmental quotient of the experiment group was higher than that of the control one on the weight,fine motor,adaptive behavior,social behavior. There was significant difference between the two groups. But there was no significant difference on the developmental quotient of gross motor and language between the two groups.Conclusion:Early intervention can improve growth and development of high-risk neonate. These methods of early intervention designed in this research are helpful.
