| 摘 要： | 通过回顾图书馆参考咨询服务的发展,分析了网络环境下复合型图书馆在参考咨询服务中的新特点,并结合利用IM软件提供实时参考咨询服务的优势,提出了医院复合型图书馆利用IM软件进行实时参考咨询服务的思路。
