| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在冠心病患者中应用超声检测颈动脉粥样硬化的临床诊断价值.方法应用高分辨率超声心动图对35例冠心病患者和18例非冠心病患者行颈动脉超声检查.所有研究对象都行冠状动脉造影（CAG）.结果冠心病组颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）明显增厚,冠心病合并高血压时尤其明显;斑块检出率显著高于对照组.结论IMT、斑块是动脉粥样硬化（AS）的可靠指标,颈动脉超声检测在观察冠心病患者AS病变情况方面有临床实用价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound techique for carotid atherosclerosis in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).?Methods According to the results of coronary angiography,53 inpatients were divided into a CHD group(n=35) and a non-CHD control group(n=18).High-frequency transducer was used to examine the carotid artery in all cases.?Results The IMT was significantly thicker in CHD group than in control group, especially in the hypertensive CHD patients.The positive rate of arterial plaque was also higher in the CHD group.?Conclusion IMT and plaque are useful indexes of atherosclerosis.Examining the carotid with ultrasound technique helps to estimate the extent of atherosclerosis in patients with CHD. |
