| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察补阳还五汤提取物对高胆固醇血症和血液流变性的影响。方法 :采用高胆固醇饲料喂养家兔法复制高胆固醇血症模型 ,观察补阳还五汤提取物 (BDE)对TCh、TG和血液流变学的影响。结果 :BDE处理的兔TCh、TG显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,全血表观粘度(低切 10s- 1 )、红细胞聚集指数 (EAI)均显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :补阳还五汤提取物能有效降低TCh、TG和改善血液流变性。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effects of Buyanghuanwu Decoction Extact(BDE) on hypercholesterolemia and hemorheological property.Method: The model of hypercholesterolemia with rabbits was fed with cholesterol powder;The effect of BDE on TCh,TG and the indexes of hemorheology was observed.Results: TCh and TG of rabbits treated with BDE were significantly decreased(P<0.01);low share rate blood apparent viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index all significantly decreased too(P<0.01).Conclusion: These suggest that BDE can decrease TCh,TG and improve hemorheological property. |
