螺旋CT扫描多平面重建与结直肠癌

[目的]探讨结、直肠癌疗前经多平面重建(MPR，Multiplanar Reconstruction)螺旋CT扫描检查的临床价值。[方法]对43例经手术病理证实的结、直肠癌的术前CT表现和手术病理进行比较，重点分析肿瘤的CT征象、肠外侵犯程度的判断及肿瘤分期。[结果]多平面重建螺旋CT诊断符合率达74．42％。[结论]多平面重建螺旋CT扫描对结、直肠癌外侵的判断和肿瘤分期有重要的意义。

The Clinical Value of Spiral CT and Multiplanar Reconstruction in Colorectal Cancer

To assess the clinical value of multiplanar reconstruction(MPR)of spiral CT in diagnosing and preoperative staging for colorectal cancer.forty cases with colorectal cancer proved by histopathologically were reviewed,and compared the CT findings with histopathology.To analysis the signs of image,invasion around tumor and staging.The MPR of spiral CT can display the situation and deveolp ment of tumor more clearly.The overall accuracy of diagnosis was74.42%.[Conclusion]The MPR of spiral CT is useful for the staging in colorectal cancer.
