| 摘 要： | 目的了解2008年我院临床分离菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药性。方法采用Kirby-Bauer法对我院2008年临床分离菌2538株进行药敏试验,WHONET5.4统计软件对数据进行分析。结果革兰阴性杆菌中铜绿假单胞菌456株(18.0%)、大肠埃希菌336株(13.2%)和嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌218株(11.0%);革兰阳性球菌中,金葡菌280株(11.0%)、肠球菌属163株(6.4%)和凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(CNS)142株(5.6%)。药敏试验结果显示β溶血性链球菌中未见青霉素耐药菌株。流感嗜血杆菌产β内酰胺酶株占15.4%。MRSA和MRCNS分别占金葡菌和CNS的76.7%(215/280)和69.0%(98/142)。发现5株耐万古霉素粪肠球菌和18株耐万古霉素屎肠球菌。大肠埃希菌产ESBLs率为52.7%,肺炎克雷伯菌为24.8%,铜绿假单胞菌和鲍曼不动杆菌中已分别检出2.0%(9/456)和13.0%(17/131)的泛耐药菌株。结论定期进行耐药性监测有助于了解我院细菌耐药性变迁,为临床经验用药提供依据。
